I recently stayed at Bb Hongdae for a few nights while exploring the city. The hotel provided a great room for the price, with all the amenities we needed including a clean toilet, washing machine, floor heating, air conditioning. The 24/7 access was convenient, and I appreciated the universal plug adapters in the room. The location was quiet and near the train station, making it easy to get around. it was a pleasant stay and I would book a room here again.

I wish there had been more assistance available for senior guests like myself. While the children working there were friendly, I found that their support was limited when it came to addressing the unique needs of older travelers.

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. It provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making my stay enjoyable.-The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service during my stay. They were accommodating and willing to assist with any requests or inquiries.

There were no adaptors provided for free, and the cost to borrow one was quite expensive. This was a minor inconvenience, especially for travelers needing to charge their electronic devices.
